He works closely with the factory team to coordinate production requirements, delivery schedules, and installation alignment — ensuring manufacturing output matches site programmes. 

Ray also contributes to workflow improvements, logistics coordination, and general operational support within the factory when needed. 

His crossover role strengthens the link between manufacturing and on-site delivery. 

Neil supports Rivendell’s customer order function. 

He acts as a key contact for incoming enquiries, handling calls and emails, preparing quotations, and progressing approved orders into production. 

His supplier relationships, materials knowledge, and specification oversight help ensure every Rivendell order is processed accurately and efficiently from the outset. 

Kevin brings a lifetime of cabinet-making experience to the Rivendell workshop. 

Kevin has been working for many years across kitchens, bathrooms and bedroom furniture, he has gained a huge experience in all complex constructions and fittings within this industry.

His depth of knowledge and steady craftsmanship make him an invaluable mentor within the workshop. 

Max plays a central role in the precision manufacturing side of the business. 

Along with being in the key role of programming and operating our CNC machinery, Max also assists with all the other parts of the manufacturing process in the factory’s day to day output.

Connor is part of our core bench-joinery team, which includes assisting with the many other requirements in the factory.

Connor is continuing to expand his technical skill set and is also currently training in the CNC programming, operation and installing internal cabinet complex mechanisms.

His development reflects Rivendell’s commitment to investing in the next generation of craftsmen. 

Like our other younger team members, Michael supports the production team across multiple stages of the manufacturing process.

Michael is developing advanced joinery skills, including training in the use of CNC programming and operation, along with building cabinets and installing internal technical storage systems.   

He brings energy, reliability, and a willingness to learn that strengthens the factory’s day-to-day output. 

Tony oversees the day-to-day running of the workshop floor. 

Tony has many years of experience in producing kitchens, bedrooms and bathroom cabinetry, he brings deep technical knowledge and guidance with everything required in the day to day operation, including training to the other team members.
